This Web site (“Site”) is owned and operated by La Coquille Club, Inc, (“La Coquille Club”). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to all of the terms of use set forth herein.
1. Use of Site
Use of this Site is intended for members of the La Coquille Club. You may use the Site, the information and images on the Site solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes. You may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from the Site.

The Site and its content are protected by U.S. and/or foreign copyright law.
3. Trademarks
You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner.
4. Links to Third-Party Web Sites
Links on the Site to third party web sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. La Coquille Club is not responsible for the availability of any such Web sites or the content thereon. La Coquille shall in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other indirect damages arising out of

We collect information you choose to submit during your registration. We do not share your information with or sell it to other parties.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. a. These Terms of Use constitute our entire agreement with you with respect to the issues relating to your use of the Site. No waiver by La Coquille Club of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any breach or default.
b. If any part of these Terms of Use is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect any other provision of these Terms of Use. Any and all disputes relating to these Terms of Use, the Internet Privacy Statement and your use of the Site are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.
